He does accept Paypal, but you need to pay the associated fees (as a percentage), which he advises before payment..

HI Guys
I ordered 100 strings last year, 60 * 120 LEDs and 40 * 60 LEDs with 10m leads and delivered they came in at about $9 each string. Lights are super bright and I had no issues with them this season, was reasonably wet in CQ. Just pulled out a couple of strings to test a board I had received form LOR as a replacement for one that failed during display time and they seemed to have handled 3 or so months of storage with out any issues.
Kelly from MySolarLed is great with communication and even when I decided to change my order after paying a deposit was very accommodating.
I will definitely deal again
