hehe so yes it may be a little early but we have already planned our mega tree, I was wanting to do a tree next year and with the great idea my wife had today we've even got a perfect centre pole already
This idea will be good as it keeps the lights close to the house so the added security will be a bonus.
We had a set of leds with nowhere to put them, until my wife wanted to put them out the front off the pole holding up the small verandah, So for 2011 that will be the basis of our tree, I will rig up a ring to set around it at the bottom and sort out some lights/controller for it
