I drill through multiple sheets as melting melts them together then melt them out but still a slow process and found drilling always left a burr that had to be cut off.

I used the 10mm hole punch out of this set from Bunnings. The 10mm worked perfectly for my 12mm Pixel nodes. Nice and snug with little chance of coming out easily.

12mm holesaw bit, cuts nicely and cleanly - just be mindful of drilling too near the edges of corflute and that if you don't have a drill press, using a handheld drill will get a little tiring after 50 or so holes.
