That is true lol. In my defence, i just like the simplicity of mapping at group level and future proofing myself. Thanks for the fix though. You guys do awesome work!!

I will update my GitHub issue, but… i have found the problem (i’m just not exactly sure what it relates to though). So i have a horizontal group with one horizontal line in it, that is the group giving me problems. If i add a 2nd horizontal model into that group, the crashing and stalling...

Submitted a bug report on GitHub, hopefully i was able to give enough info. If i place the same effects on the model itself rather than the group i have no problem with it.

SOLVED - thanks to BAZMick. Those 2 Model Groups had ended up being set as Unassigned under Preview. And that drop down box on the RHS for selecting Preview disappears if the Models window is to large. Took me a bit to figure that out.

Got it working. Found it in the manual under Models for anyone looking for same info.

Is there a way in FPP to run a background sequence on my tune to sign while a sequence is running on everything else?

Also to add, i learnt that you can connect via the tethered wifi from FPP (named FPP, pword Christmas) and then open fpp.local in your browser to access FPP.

I will look into it a bit further now that i have it connected again.
