Based on watching the video, it appears that if C7 or C9 lense covers were to be utilized then bullet type pixels would need to be utilized in lieu of square/flat pixels. Is this correct??
Thanks AAH,
Download the software and in Unicast mode, the controller works like a charm. Goes through the fades and chases without any issue. Switch over to Multimode amd not a thing happens.

OK, originally had problems with my P-2 but was found that it was a bad Ethernet chip which Ed replaced. (that was a previous post from last month) Great customer service from J1SYS right before Thanksgiving!!
However, I am still having issues controlling the P-2 through LOR. I’ll try to...
I received the P-2 (new board) back today. According to Ed's investigation it was a bad ethernet chip. It worked fine when he started to test it and then started to exhibit the same problems I was encurring.
Great customer service and turn around time from J1sys.

I wouldn't think the P2 pulls that much current that would warrant a 2 amp fuse, was considering a 1 amp since I will also be powering the lights separate from the controller.
When I powered back up both ethernet lights went out, while the two lights on the board were still on with the furthest one from the front in rapid flash mode. Ed sent me an email and suggested that I return the P2. Great response time for this time of year. It is currently on it's way to...
The router is on the other computer and its set up at 192.168.1.103 I think I'll go pick up a switch (will need one anyway) and test it. Will let you know the out come in a day or so.
Stay tuned and thank you for your support to this point
