— enh (keith) Add some extra modes to VU Meter that act like timing mark controlled sweeps for arches
— bug (keith) Fix punctuation at word level of lyric tracks prevents phoneme breakdown

— enh (scott) Added Ellipse to Shapes Effect
— enh (scott) Added Rotation to the Present, Tree, Heart, and Crucifix in the Shapes Effect
— bug (dkulp) Change fseq compression to a more compatible version

Thanks yet again for getting a bug sorted for me.
On another note the 32 bit releases of Windows Xlights don't seem to be directly linked from Xlights.org. I couldn't find a direct link so had to resort to using the built in update option within xlights.This is fine for me but will be a problem for 1st time installers with 32 bit windows.

The link is xlights.org/downloads/xLights32_2019_25.exe for anyone who needs it.

It's in the table but doesn't appear to be a clickable link with either Firefox or Chrome. I see it as [filelink]xLights32_2019_25.exe[/filelink] but don't know if that's normal or whether I have a plugin, setting or security setting that is preventing me from seeing links.
