An Aussie win

I think I may be able to report a little win for Aussie songwriting. My song "The Lights of Christmas" by Kerrie Ironside, was the lead track used by the 2019 winner of Best Christmas Lights in Britain. The Shepherd family in Buckinghamshire synced 15 songs using a LOR setup. They appear to have used a subtle and nuanced design that nevertheless produced quite a visually engaging sequence. I wrote the song in 2016 as a tribute to a street display in Perth that has funded the training of guide dogs for over 20 years. It is amazing to see it now being useful internationally. I have to thank some AusChristmasLighting members who kindly gave some early advice. Here is the link if it is of interest.

Well done Tony. Kerrie does your lyrics proud and the Shepherd Family have sequenced it beautifully.

For those who prefer to go down the pre-made route - Ron from Xtreme Sequences has now added a really nice generic xLights sequence of the song to his online store.

I would love to advise that there is also a generic LOR sequence available, but try as I might, I just can't seem to make contact with Dan Baldwin at the Light-O-Rama store. I'm not sure if they are all on vacation over there in South Glen Falls NY, but they don't seem to answering emails.
