ok I am at a loss with this , I have followed the manual with a factory reset but still no luck.
I have noticed a battery compartment underneath is this required?

All LEDs light up as they should. Test/Boot mode works as well.
I do have power applied to V2 though. Is this a problem?

Nah no problems the board gets power via V2, was just checking.
Sorry not sure apart from maybe a dodgy OLED
Did it the OLED previously work?

Yes It did work previously but I will say the last time I fired it up it was fine upon boot up but It cut out or turned off during use at some stage. Might just be dodgy but hopefully replaceable ?

I have a similar issue my controllers (F16v3 and F48) not booting up all lights are on but the displays are blank. It appears that the boot sequence completes unable to login to the boards if the display does not come on the board does not word?

I know this was last year's post, but it's marked as "SOLVED" but I don't see what the solution was. I'm having this exact issue with mine as well. All fuse lights are on, but the OLED screen isn't on and LED1 and LED2 isn't on either. Just curious if there was an easy solution. I've tried a reset and that didn't work.

To be honest i can't really remember how I solved it. I think i may have changed the ethernet cable as the power supply and power point remained the same. Never had any problems since with multiple controllers and different power supplies/points . Sorry i wish i posted my solution

My solution to this last week was to replace the PSU. Fuse light LEDs were on but the breakout board seemed to be making crackling/zapping noises. Replacing PSU with my spare one fixed everything.
