Wipe effect

I used Vixen 3 last year and used its Wipe effect to do pretty great looking diagonal light wipes across my entire display.
I seen plenty of xlights shows that do similar effects. I'm assuming this is using the morph effect?
I've experimented with this and have not quite been able to pull it off.
Any advice?

Yes.
I suggest using the pre-sets avaliable because even I get confused using the sliders to make it move in the direction I want.

Morph or fill. You will likely need to use rotozoom. Oversized buffer.

There is no diagonal preset, correct?
If there is, I'm looking in the wrong spot.

I will also look into rotozoom / Oversized buffer. That's in the Fill effect?

would a oversize pinwheel effect give you the effect you are after?

Roto-Zoom and Buffer is available on any effect. Right click on the black part to easily Oversize the buffer.
