Thanks everyone for the compliments. Right now in the States, this guy's show in El Paso is being shown everywhere. Honestly, I think its WAY too much and, even worse, the guy who owns the house simply hires a company to do the set up and sequencing for him. With that said, the pure number of LEDs used is mind-numbing/boggling. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rctTGYPwkkQ

Extremely well sequenced. Enjoyed that a lot. Nice to hear a different version of the song. (i'm talking about your sequence by the way, not the El Paso one)

Personally I get a lot of satisfaction from seeingthe lights, the props and the show that I have created myself and I think most, if not all, on this forum feel the same way and that's why we are in the hobby and doing it the DIY way.
I'ts a great outlet for the creative side.

However, we also do it to give joy to family, friends and public and so in the end, that's what this guy is doing also by lighting up his house and putting on a free show for the public. I'm sure everyone already knows he's rich..... just look at the size of his house!

Having said that, when I am many hours into bringing down, drying off and trying to stack away my display..... I'll probably be wishing I could employ some dudes to do that bit for me :D

Nice work.. On the other note.. I like the satisfaction of knowing that all the work is our own. A sense of acheivement. Love seeing the faces of the young and not so young when they visit.

I always like watching Fred Loyas show. Granted it is very satisfying to sit back and look at what you have created, but not everyone is as talented as us.
Id be pretty impressed with myself creating a multi million dollar company that can afford to pay people to create something like this

My issue with the Loya show is its a complete commercial enterprise. Its even sponsored by madrix and Loya Insurance. I'm much more impressed with people who, you know, actually create their OWN light show/display. ;)

Although Fred Loya has gone from nothing to his own very successful insurance company, which is no small feat, and his light show (according to Fred) is his way of giving back to the community it is also a advertising venture. That said, it is mind numbing to watch.

Now back to "marsh", love the simple tree design, your house is so extremely gorgeous to watch, your sense of making the lights play the music is incredible. You have an extreme talent that I am very jealous of.
