As most of you Know @ryanschristmaslights christmaslights is the administrator of this site.

He not only does a great Christmas display each year but he keeps this site running. 2017 was also a big year with a total upgrade to the ACL website that i think is amasing.

as many of you know we get smashed in Chat during the Christmas season and in the past some years chat has not been able to keep up but this year it has not missed a beat.

SO i would like to take this time to thank Ryan for all his hard work. so from Eveyone at ACL thanks @ryanschristmaslights for your great work since this site began.

I think most members have no idea the amount of effort and work that Ryan puts in for no financial gain.
Without Ryan then ACL would not be anyway close to the forum it is and may not even exist

Thanks Ryan, your hard work is greatly appreciated, its guys like you that are the foundation and corner stone to our fantastic lighting community

Also members should donate to help Ryan and the ACL team continue to provide an awesome free service for the lighting community as costs can add up when running a forum like this..

Thanks to not only Ryan for this platform for us to interconnect, socialise, gain and share knowledge. but to all users on ACL. This has been the only place where someone can go from "Oh look a youtube video" to actually learn what each component of a show is and put together a working product.

Me myself hosting a similar website for another hobby of mine I know the amount of time and effort that an individual or a group of people put into to make a resource so efficient and readily available which comes at great cost to them. I feel like a fool for only recently finding out that there is a support option for this website that is hidden in your profile. I understand if you feel like that this suggestion would not suite this community but from past experience if you add a button in the navigation bar for supporting this website the influx of supporters will greatly incline. I know how much something like this takes you away from your family, friends and work but not only will this additional support contribute to paying the monthly server bills but will allow additional development to the site making re-occurring visitors have something new to play around with.

Thanks again for everything.

Haha yes but seriously thankyou ryan as without this site im sure most of our display s would be just generic and boring and basically controlled by what we can source from shopping centres !

I'll chime in as well and offer my Thanks to Ryan and all who make the ACL forum not only a great source of information and help but also a closely knit group of crazy light addicted people all over the world!
I learn new things almost every day on here even though I am not a contributor to the discussions most of the time.

Keep up the great work!
