I have a Ray Wu 24vdc PSU. I was wondering if it would be a wise idea or not to crank it up to say 28-30v? Has anybody done this before with positive or negative outcomes? I am drawing no more than 30w from it

Thanks

many power supplys have the ability to tweak the output somewhat. I do this at lot with meanwell supplies, but i'm not sure what will happen with these lesser known brands.

Depends on what you are using them for. The power output available still remains the same. Up the voltage and the current capability will go down.

Why do you want to crank up the voltage?
