I'm using 5 of these from Ray Wu to go between my F16V3 controller.
What I do not understand is the dip switches......
first light - channel 1-3
second light - channel 4-6
third light - channel 7-9
forth light - channel 10-12 ?
fifth light - channel 13-15?
I was going to daisy chain them together from one DMX output on the falcon board......am I going to need to use 2 outputs?
Or is there a way on the dip switches that gives me the ability to go double digits?
My understanding is the '10' switch is for testing....
Thanks!

Hi HoogieBurner,

The DIP switches are to set the start address of each of your controllers, the DIP numbers 1-9 represent a different value through a binary code 1 being 1, 2 -2, 3 -4, 5 - 16, 6 - 32, 7 - 64, 8 - 128 and 9 - 256. You can set any address up to 512 by selecting a combination of the switches. There are address calculators on the Internet, I have an app on my phone.
Yes, you can daisy chain the controllers from the DMX output from your pixel controller.
What software are you using to drive these? The controller addresses will need to corespond to the assigned address in your light show program.
Hope this helps?
