Is there any chance a 4 channel star model could be added at some stage?

Selectable # of stars and colour order would be nice.

You could set this up in sub models or create 4 stars/nest them and then add them as a group together?

Agree, 4 star models all 1 channel each, and placed into a group called 4ch star. Then you can apply effects to the whole group (all 4ch at same time) or individual channel/star.

You can but that would be more of a custom model situation in your case. You'd have to create the entire thing (all 4 stars) as the main model, then go in and define the sub models by star.
IMO easier to have 4 star models then place them in a group.
