Any thought on why you would choose one over the other, other than raw price?

I would be very careful of what you see in the description of the INK1003 description....It says cuttable every LED, but I believe they are referring using 5V and not 12V. If you look at one of the pics of the back of the strip there is a dc - dc buck which allows 12V through the strips. They can only be cut after each buck when using 12v (probably every meter). I would just ask for clarification with the vendor before purchasing as Chinese vendors are notorious for copying and pasting descriptions.
