i have the typical amo box build with the 2 60mm vents 1 with a 12v full speed fan and just added a 80mm 12v full speed fan on the top of the box temp flashes orange and seems the only way to lower them is to open up the box have 4 350w ps

where does everyone's temp run at ?

Hows the air flow within the box? Do you have one fan taking air in and one extracting air out?

Do you have multiple layers within the box? Are your PSU's sandwiched below a controller which blocks its access to fresh air?

Both of these I've had to deal with. I ended up fashioning a quick'n'nasty air baffle with some spare corflute between the two fans, and drilled some extra holes in the panel between the controller/psu layers.

there's a vent left side back front right side fan was blowing out but now since adding a 80mm on the lid its blowing air into the box and the 80mm fan on the lid is sucking air out of the box ps are spaced apart for air flow and holes directly above the fans

Hot air is going to rise, so I would reconfigure the left side rear fan to extract air (assuming your box is mounted vertically where the pigtails are coming out the bottom)

Can you try moving the lid fan to the top left, so both of the bottom fans are sucking air in? The air should then flow up and out the vent on the top.
