Apart from motifs;
There are small LED gobo (image) projectors, but they are not very bright.
Something else I saw online was a blue / green laser did Halloween related shapes.
I got some battery powered 100 count orange LED strings that I'm converting with PSU tails.
Those were from The Reject Shop. I also got some of the blue / green / purple version.
