http://www.bunnings.com.au/hpm-12v-400w-garden-transformer-_p7070686 e.g. can not touch the 240V

Can they be connect together to get more AMPS/Watts.

Where I am coming from is being able to use a Power Supply that has a 240v *plug* one end and a 12V the other end and has all Australian Ticks... e.g. not from overseas.

Mean Well do power supplies that come with a mains tail. We sometimes supply the regular types with a mains tail too.

The Meanwell HLG outdoor rated series of power supplies comes with all the ticks and an Australian plugged 240v cable, all you do is connect up the 12vdc side, I use these as they have the correct Australia certification and are top quality and reliable, I've not had one fail yet, but they also do come at a price.

I may have a couple of 240 watters left here if you need
