Local/AU Central Victorian/Bendigo Mini

@djgra79 had a halfhearted suggestion in chat this evening about having a Central Vic mini lighting expo in addition to the Melbourne mini. There's getting to be a fair number of animated displays around Bendigo and Central Vic. If there is the interest then I could organise a 1 or 2 day mini.

I'll tag as many in the region as I can think of to see if they have any interest.

Hey mate Ill be keen, This years mini dates look to be close to when my new baby will be born so that might be my only struggle! Theres also @BallaratLights whos a Lor user in my aera!
