This source code could be used as a good starting point for someone wanting to create a channel manager for LOR .lcc files. I used it to edit my channel assignments for my CCR's when I switched them from an LOR network to a DMX network.

This screenshot below shows all the channels imported from an LOR .lcc file displayed in the grid. It is a little slow opening up the file since it's populating all the grid elements but since I only needed to fix the channel assignments once it wasn't a big deal.

In this second screenshot it shows where I selected a group of rows. Then I entered 28 and hit the Set Universe button which defined the network number to 28 for all those channels and it changes the Device Type from LOR to DMX Universe. Then I typed in a starting channel number of 50 and hit the renumber button which automatically renumbered all the channels sequentially starting with whatever number you entered. Then you can save the .lcc file back out and have all the channels you want converted to DMX universe and channel numbers. I didn't finish making the other tabs operational. The devices tab will show all your channels listed below the devices they belong to and I had planned to allow it to do some sorting but had trouble getting that part working.
