At the Sydney Mini last weekend there was a talk that mentioned using conduit to mount your pixels. I have been having a look at Bunnings this morning and wondering whether the 20mm conduit would work well or whether I would need to go up to the 25mm.

Considering the bullets are around 12mm in diameter, the 20mm conduit would leave only 4mm or either side of the hole. Feels like it is probably not enough, but thought I would check before making any decisions.

20mm is very flexible and would likely require more mounting points, so personally I would do 25mm just for the extra rigidity.

For my yard outline I drilled holes in 25mm conduit.
For my house outline I use chromatrim which i ziptied to 20mm conduit (20mm conduit works as you are not making it weaker by drilling a bunch of holes into it)

I also use chromatrim. Beats drilling holes.
