Differences between these two products??

Can anybody explain differences between these two products. They seem very similar but the price is nearly 10X more expensive on the 'waterproof' product.

Does anybody know the gauge of the wire used with these products?

you will find that the one with the $2.40 price for a lot of 10 is not correct and should instead be $24 for a lot of 10 3 metre extensions
The other is correct as it shows $22 for a lot of 10 2.5 metre extensions

Looks like they mixed the lot price with the individual price.
