Just a quick question before I go out and get too many long ethernet cables. I see there are 4 RS-485 outputs on the board ( the manual says 2,3 and 4 are best for DMX). Is there any reason why more than one of these outputs can't be used for the same universe? All my DMX stuff is in Universe 1 but at different ends of the display and the F16 is quite central so i thought I could send out the DMX stuff to universe one in the two different directions.
I had a go in the garage doing something similar from the two DMX outputs on the P12s and it seemed to work but I wanted to use the F16 instead.
