I've just finished doing up some LOR/DMX terminators and crossover cables, and I made more than I happen to need. If anybody needs any of these items, I'm willing to palm them off. $5 for the terminator (5 terminators = $4 a piece, 10+ = $3 a piece) and the crossover cables are 3' long (1M) and are $8 a cable.
Yes I know most people can make these up themselves as this is a DIY hobby, but some may not have the crimpers or feel comfortable soldering, so let me know if anybody is interested, they're just taking up space.
