I created a table of DMX start addresses for my Mega60 user manual. I thought that others could use the table so I ended up creating both a LSB to MSB table as used in the Ray Wu 27 Channel board and others and MSB to LSB table as used on the Mega60 and others. Both are single page pdf's and have the full range of start addresses from 1 to 511. They are linked to near the bottom of this wiki page http://auschristmaslighting.com/wiki/DMX_address_setting .
