Does light reflect back into your house from outlined windows?

With the plan to outline my second story windows with lights, I’m curious if anyone else that’s done it has any light somehow reflect back into the room.

The lights will be mounted outside on PVC about 30mm off the face of the brick, and probably 150-200mm from the window frames themselves.

I get some light reflections from my arches and mini trees at the front of the house, but I’m not thinking it could be any worse just because it’s closer. I just need to set expectations with the other half of the occupants

I have lights inside the house in the windows that flood them with light, with the right curtains they don't show through except a tiny bit around the top.

I have 2 windows on our master bedroom with block out curtains and only alittle shows at the top also.
