I made this backwards turning clock for Halloween.

I used small motor like this one

pushing the motor shaft straight into the second hand hole and removed old motor/pcb.

the clock mechanism that I have has a small hole.

I pushed the motor shaft into the center hole of gear and I used a rivet to hold the 2nd gear in position.

did you guys see the one on halloween forum? servo connected to the hand adjustment knob, so can make the hands go backwards or forwards and at different speeds.
