Help need with Sequence

Hello i am working on a new Sequence and need some help i am working with the beach boys song Little Saint Nick i have the arch bouncing can some please help me with the beats asha

Click on the effect, and fiddle with the cycles in the effects box. That determines the beat in a manual way, at least that's what I've been using. Or you use VU meter set to beats but it is a little limiting.

There are some great youtube videos out there, there are at least two recent posts on here (I started one) that has some great links in them.
