Matrix panel

I have (10) 25x25 matrix panels covering windows. 4 inputs per channel. When they are on, most of the panels have a string or partial string that are off by 1 color. Example, inputs 1-3 are red and input 4 is green. Some panels have 1 input that isn't on. When messing with the connection, it flickers blue or comes on as blue but goes completely out when testing. I've switched out cables and get same results

So, let's focus on one panel at a time. Give the specs on the type of pixel used, the controller, how the matrix is defined in xLIghts, as much detail and screenshots if possible.

Sounds like a config issue, perhaps caused by using 512 instead of 510 channel per universe?
