New computer trouble talking to J1Sys P12R

Wondering if anyone can help
I updated my Christmas light computer as the old one was causing a few issues.
I have been trying for day to get my new computer to talk to the P12r when running a sequence in LOR.
I have configured an alternative configuration for my TCP/IPV4 IP address 10.10.10.1 with the submask of 255.255.255.0 as detailed in the user guide.

I can talk to the board and can configure any of the settings but cannot get the board to control the lights when running a LOR sequence.

I have the coms listener running and control light on in LOR

Any suggestion that might help???

Maybe try using my da_Tester program to send data to the controller?

Make sure the LOR program (including listener) is closed when doing this.
