The new laser cutter was used to create a few items for the upgraded Jet Ski controller build. Due to a failure of the Falcon F16B, I'll go back to the J1Sys P12S for this year, so I created a custom laser cut base for the PSU's and controller. Due to it being temporary for this year, I just used 3mm plywood, but next year this will be replaced with a Falcon F16 V2 or V3, so I'll cut the base in thicker plastic then.

To hold the 2 PSU's one above the other I created a 3mm thick laser cut bracket and custom bending jig. The mounting hole if offset by just 15mm from the edge of the PSU, but it could be made closer if required.

The above is the 2 PSU's and P12S on the board ready to be installed in the Jet Ski

The new 3mm plastic PSU mounts. I can make these for other people if required, as they would be probably 25c each plus postage (Not worked on an exact price, but thats probably close). Custom distances between PSU's, and even 3 high could be created as well

The custom made bender for the supports for different thickness plastic.

Are you hot forming the plastic? They look good.
