Ok Problems again and I did clean my Glasses

OK tonight I was going to try both of my P12R's in test mode. Hooked them both up, powered up and only one unit would work and the other one no way. I am not sure why not but I did take picture to show you what each one said, one is completely different on the main page than the other. I have named then 11 & 12. 11 was the one not working. I have starting the universes at 2 for using my LOR I have dumb strips on universe 1.


I am sure I do not have something set right, but what I have no idea. I am using the WS2811 strips and cut in half for a length of 2.5 M. I have them hooked up on the right end following the arrows on the strip. Here are pictures from 11 and XML file, this is the one that would not work. I also noticed that on the small 4 LED lights the bottom are lit up on 12 only one is.

For #11 thats not working....

the Effects are out of range because you have 1-25 in string config but 1-50 in effect range? Should be 1-25 in effect range?

That was it. Since I am using half of the string,25 pixels and not 50. Thank you again for the help.
