Hi,

I'm a newbie. I had a couple of strings working fine using xlights and all was good so I purchased some new lights (same type) and added them to mini trees. After having everything sit for a bit, I now can't get any lights going. I hadn't changed anything and now only get 1 c blue light on the 1st string, no oled, can't get anything to connect to my pc either. I found a blown fuse on my power 8 and replaced it but still nothing.
Please let me know if this is a sign of a blown BBB or something on the board HE123v2.1.
Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Quickest way to test your BBB would be remove it from the Cape and plug it into the PC using USB.
Other things to try reseating the SD card and or flashing a new SD card.

Sorted via SMS (I believe). Sounded like FPP had just turned off the Oled display. Found the fresh FPP install via Xlights FPP Connect and back in action. Sounded like it was/is a FPP5.x bug with the detection of I2C devices.
