I had a few lights hooked up on the weekend to see how things were running.
I noticed that when optimising a seq at the start of it, it was taking like 5mins to optimise. the file is 7200KB.
Is that normal? I haven't run a show yet so just wondering if every time the song plays in Scheduler does it take that sort of time to optimise? I noticed the file filled up pretty quick as I was putting Macros and transitions into the seq.
Im assuming there is a fair bit a of data in them.

Im just a bit concerned that there will be a 5 or so min gap into between each song.
Every time I stoped the seq, then ran it again, it went through the optimising process again.

is this normal, ok??

once it has optimised it will all run normally as a show.
when you first load your show up in scheduler it will optimise it then

Sequencer needs to be optimised every time you output live changes. I generally just highlight the section I want to see and optimise that bit. it only takes seconds then.

right... so its normal that when I stopped the seq (when outputs were live) it will auto optimise again.
Is that normal to have the seq at 7200KB??
