The fact that it will be indoors means you dont need to have it weatherproof, you just need it to be safe from unsuspecting hands, ive used cheap plastic storage boxes in the past bought from bunnings, but I would use something that wont easily catch on fire if there was a major failure.

Some use the masters boxes if your lucky enough to have a masters nearby with available stock and further info on these can be found at http://auschristmaslighting.com/forums/index.php/topic,2361.msg20515.html#msg20515

Gutting an old desktop computer case is also a good indoor option. Or something like this - however it will need a snorkel vent pipe.

I agree on the fire protection front too. Worse case if the PSU were to explode/start burning somehow, you'll want to make sure the outside casing will hopefully not catch on fire too!

I did squeeze a PSU in to this http://www.jaycar.com.au/productView.asp?ID=HB6134 but it was a very tight fit. And it has a 50mm snorkel pipe bend above the fan.

I drove out to Chullora today and was able to pick up one of the weather proof boxes.

Thanks for your help
