question on effects on groups

Just wondering if there's anyway to move the center on an effect on a group for example I have the curtain effect
on all the gutter lines but as one side with the curtain closing and edge center but as the building is wider on one side the lights meet up on the left side of where I'd rather them to , see picture the green line probably is the center of the whole building but I want them to meet up at the red line in the middle of the main gable which is more of a center to the eye

Yes. Play with the buffer sizes. Oversized them on the side you want to pull the centre to.

never mind thanks I worked it out just a pain you have to do it on every effect instead of being able to say this is the center of the house for everything
