Ray Wu Lights

Hi all, new to lights this year and have finally got my lights powered up and checked them, however came across an issue with three of the strings I purchased from Ray Wu. Haven't contacted him yet just wanted to make sure that I am not missing something obvious. Please see attached three pics of this (I originally had a video but not able to upload this). I believe that the female and male ends of the three strings have been wired the wrong way, (I think). Is this able to be fixed? Thanks

your photos give no context. Are you talking male pins or male plastic? Trace the male pins through the wire to the direction arrow or text on the PCB to work out which end is the start.

Daryl, sorry about that, I was unable to do what i wanted in photos.

Yes, if the ends don't suit your setup, just cut them off and swap them around, you could try getting replacements but will take time and cost someone freight, Ray will probably just offer you a credit on your next order for the error.

Not sure if this is helps, In your video, the bottom one looks like ray 13.5, the other looked different to what i use, so maybe the top was xconnect? I may be wrong, or missing the point completely,

What did you ask for when you ordered, ray i beleive typically supplies his 13.5 (the one in the diagram on the left)

Are you saying you got 2 different types in same order? Or were they ordered seperately or from different places?
