We just had a release yesterday, but Gil has fixed a very annoying bug that i think many of you need.
If you dragged a box around the effects in the SEQUENCER tab, you should be able to copy them or delete them as a group. The selection of a group was broken, it is now fixed.
Also the multi item group move was fixed by ChrisD a few versions ago.
I have made a quick video to show you how these selection methods work.
