Repair of BBB

Hi I think I might have fried my BBB, The Power led will briefly blink and then nothing else happens. I had a look on the web and did what test I could but I'm not the greatest when it comes to electronics. I tested the resistance across c15 and it is reading about 0.3 - 0.6 and it my understanding it should read 13. Since everything is Surface mounted I can't doing anything,

Anyone have advice where I can get it tested and repaired?

I like you had a similar problem and for what it was worth to get fixed It was quicker and easier to get a new one! If you find someone decent let me know so they can fix mine too
