Has anyone been able to get replacements for defective pixels from Ray Wu? I had read on the forums that a few people did back in September. I have been trying for three weeks now to get Ray to respond and I am getting no replies. Before I purchased the pixel strings I had asked specifically about a warranty and whether or not he would replace defective strings and he said he would replace them for up to one year.
Judging from all of the threads I have seen about problems with Ray's pixels this year, I am sure he is inundated with support emails requesting replacements. I am just wondering if anyone has managed to get him to respond and send replacements lately?
