Rest in Peace - Percy Gartner 21-01-1921 to 11-10-2015

Sadly my father passed away on Sunday morning 11th Oct 2015 at a few minutes past midnight in hospital at Batemans Bay aged 94.

"Percy Ronald Gartner" 1921-2015


He was taken to Emergency only an hour and a bit earlier and I was unable to get to the hospital in time from Canberra.


Mum and Dad celebrated their 70th Wedding anniversary in 2014 and this article from the BorderMail tells that story and tells of his life far better than I can ever hope to at this time.

He will forever be known in Moruya as "Perce the Postie"
