SCR help

I have a couple of 27ch dmx controllers like the Ray Wu ones for my (first) display this year.
I was finally doing a full test and have found one of the SCR's is s/c (the blue led stays on, on one channel)
I have done a search online for it (ws108p) but can find nothing.
can someone here point me in the direction of somewhere I can get one of these. Or if you have the specs and equivalent that may be readily available.
I have a spare board so I can manage without it, however I may as well fix it now instead of wait for when I have a second failure.

They are actually a mosfet and are a SSF7509. I use them on a few of my boards and I keep stock of them for repairs.

Are they a direct replacement? ie. pinout the same?
If so I would like to get some off you. (even if not, as long as you can give me the pinout)

They are the exact transistor. The first lot of them that I got I actually got 1000 through Ray. They can be ordered off my site.

funny how such a high rated device can HoHoHo itself so easily huh.

Those are whoppog big FETs.. at 0R006 RdsOn, provided you turn them on hard, your not going to get much thermal issue with them at all..
