Some sequences not rendering in xscheduler

Hi all,
Testing my show tonight and realised there are two sequences in the show that aren't rendering properly. The colours are completely off. When I play in xlights and this happens I click render all button and it fixes the issue. I don't see a button or option in xscheduler to do this.
Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

i would save sequence after rendering and that should solve the issue

Yes, be sure the sequence is saved like @Adsy says. Make sure the .fseq is saved with a timestamp that matches what you expect, as the .fseq is what xSchedule uses. Also be sure you have saved your layout and that xlights_networks.xml is up to date... xSchedule uses that to send data to the right place, and if it is incorrect your channels will be off and stuff will light in the wrong places (or not work at all for some DDP setups).
