We always get the classics and you can't beat them but some years, some songs get absolutely smashed that don't really have anything to do with Christmas. Like gangnam style, what does the fox say and everything is awesome and let it go.

What will the song be for 2015

I'm going to say "watch me whip/nae nar" by silento is gaining momentum amongst the young ones.

I was thinking the same thing.
Peanut Butter Jelly, and maybe a new one called Dessert would be up there too, possibly even What Do You Mean by the Beibs. Kids love the Beibs.

I'd say Downtown by Macklemore and Ryan Lewis. I think parts of that would work really well in a sequence.

I'm going with Uptown Funk, which is smoother than a fresh jar of skippy ?

I'd go Uptown Funk and Downtown ( that's both ends of town covered [emoji1])

Down there, Christmas is more like a mid-summer party time for you guys & gals & kids. :D
So "some" non-traditional Christmas songs make sense.

You are right there.
I often listen to the words of the songs and think it is a bit strange to be playing things like "winter wonderland" or "let it snow" and many of the other songs are about snowmen and cold etc.
So I decided to buy a snow machine :)
