Sparkling blue

Hi there! This is probably a ridiculous question but would appreciate any help.

In retail stores I’ve seen Christmas displays with static warm white lights, but within them a “sparkling” blue scattered across which looks really effective.

what would these sparkling brighter bulbs called so I can locate on amazon?

Most of us here use Pixels so we would not have a clue about retail store lights

The display items I've seen with that effect look to have the sparkling LEDs built into the string / motif.

No, I've only ever seen them from afar so not sure where they were sourced.
