Hi All!

This year we have changed the layout of our mega tree again (for the 3rd year in a row), and used Boscoyo 12mm mounting strips (like these).

How do you store them after light season is over? (photo's are welcome)

I assume most people have the same problem we do - they are too long to hang up vertically anywhere (ours are 6.5m long). They are also difficult to roll up due to the pixel wiring hanging out the back of the strip.

I've seen other threads which are similar, but just interested in the strips themselves. I don't want to pull them out next year and they are kinked and/or a massive tangled birds nest!

Thanks..
Kimbo

I've hear people roll them up and put them in storage tubs from kmart. But yes you can roll them in sort of like a spiral and keep them compressed.

A couple of years ago I had the strapped to the roof of my shed.
But last year I installed a small under eve shed and have put them in crates and store them in there.
The leds that are attached to lengths of pvc are all stored in a 150mm pvc pipe with screw caps at each end which is attached to the side of the house
