Trying to connect ECG-p12 to LOR ctb16 using DMX

Hi,
I'm wondering how to connect the ECG-p12 to a LOR ctb16pc controller.
I've tried fashioning a cable from the DMX port ( I have the "S" model with 2 DMX ports).
I can't figure it out.
Can anyone lead me in the right direction?

is it a p12s you have and your trying to connect the lor board off the d2 ports on the board???? if so you will need a cross over cable
