I've searched far and wide and struggling to find channel to mount my tube light around windows (brick mount). Does anyone have a supply source or what else does everyone use to ensure straight lines?

I've been using grey conduit lengths (25mm) with elbows for the corners. I then get the clear plastic end cap 3m lengths to slide the tubing into and then cable tie it all together. If you do a search on this forum, some listed the Bunnings code for the end cap.
If you are looking for it, look next to the laserlight roof sheets, they are usually sitting in a PVC tube next to them. They are around $8 each. There is the single sided type (which is what we are all using) and the double edge typ (which is too wide for the conduit). Most Bunnings stores have very low stock of these, so you may have to order in, or ask for stock levels at closer stores.
