Found this site: https://ttsfree.com/ and while it does have a 500 character limit, but you have unlimited conversions (no account required), so can create multiple files and then nice and simple to splice together using Audacity. It is the most 'natural' tts I have found so far and very easy to use (well, the aussie voice overs are pretty good, some of the other languages are...not very good at all).
I'm sure others prefer a real voice, but I sound horrible recorded (no voice for radio here!) and found this to be the next best option without having to spend a cent
I'm sure everyone already has this covered, but I've started getting more visitors each night so took some of the advice from another thread I created about tips for scheduling and created a short 1 minute intermission with a nice little message about neighbours, headlights, etc.
