-ENH (sean) The scale slider in the PREVIEW tab now goes to 300. before range was 1-100, now 1-300
-bug (djulien) Avoid wx assert error during save/load pgo settings (bad grid row#), default to first group after loading settings (however, this can lead to mismatches), don't show "suspicious" message for missing voice data, list all models (even if not in Preview)
-bug (djulien) Allow pgo parser to tolerate blank voices

-ENH (dkulp) HLS import - now uses wxYield to display progress during load
-ENH (dkulp) HLS import - if an HLS universe has less channels than configured in xLights, use the xLights value.
If the HLS universe has more, display a warning.
